There are a few styles of catering to choose from:

1) The Outdoor Barbecue Buffet is the most popular of the Outdoor Buffet because this style of catering allows for a festive, casual, and unrestrictive atmosphere for having outdoor fun. Some participate in picnic style games, while others quietly go back and forth for more finger lickin' BBQ.

2) The Outdoor BBQ Off The Grill is the second most common of the outdoor catering; it cuts down on service attendants and allows for an outdoor festive style picnic at an affordable cost.

3) The Reception Buffet is the most popular of the indoor catering as this style of catering allows for an informal atmosphere for mingling.

4) The Full Service, Sit Down Meal, is more formal and ideal for rehearsal dinners, dinner parties, casino night parties and formal wedding receptions. The full service catering style can be served as a buffet or served by a professional staff, depending on the formality chosen.
